1. How does the 30-day free trial work?

Our free trial is designed to give you a quick overview of our contract management platform. Understand how the dashboard gives you a real-time peep into your document process. You can collaborate on documents with your colleagues and stakeholders. Create contract documents and quotes using our pre-built templates. The in-app tours and documentation provide in-depth detail of the various features.

We want to make sure that you have a rounded view of the platform and it’s capabilities before you buy the product. You can switch to the paid version any time during this 30-day period. Let our sales team know via the in-app chat and we’ll schedule a conversation with you.

2. Can I change my plan, upgrade or downgrade my subscription later?

Yes, you can choose to upgrade your subscription at any time. If you wish to downgrade or cancel your subscription, you can do so at the end of your term.

3. Will I be charged once I sign up?

No, absolutely not. We do not even ask for your credit card details when you sign up for our free trial. You only pay when you sign up for our paid plan.

4. Is it free to e-sign a document?

Your customers can sign any document for free. Once they receive a RevvSales document in their inbox, they can sign it without the need for a RevvSales account.

5. Do you have any cancellation fees?

No, we do not have any cancellation fees. You can cancel whenever you want. Please contact our support team to make changes to your subscription plan.
